Ban Quản lý Khu vực phát triển đô thị tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế (Bên mời thầu) có kế hoạch tổ chức sơ tuyển lựa chọn nhà đầu tư thực hiện Dự án Đường Tố Hữu nối dài đi sân bay Phú Bài theo hình thức hợp đồng BT.

     Bên mời thầu mời tất cả các nhà đầu tư có đủ năng lực, kinh nghiệm và có điều kiện tới tham gia sơ tuyển lựa chọn nhà đầu tư thực hiện dự án đầu tư nêu trên.

     Nhà đầu tư có nguyện vọng tham gia sơ tuyển có thể tìm hiểu thông tin chi tiết về dự án và sẽ được mua một bộ Hồ sơ mời sơ tuyển hoàn chỉnh với giá là 10.000.000 đồng (Mười triệu đồng) tại Văn phòng Ban Quản lý Khu vực phát triển đô thị tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế: Lô I25-I26-I27 khu Đô thị mới Đông Nam Thủy An, phường Thủy Dương, thị xã Hương Thủy, tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế (Số điện thoại: +84 0234-3833128 hoặc +84 0234-3817133; Số fax: +84 0234-3822996).

    Thời gian phát hành hồ sơ mời sơ tuyển: từ ngày 07 tháng 7 năm 2017 đến trước thời điểm đóng thầu 08 giờ 30, ngày 09 tháng 8 năm 2017 (trong giờ làm việc hành chính).

     Thời gian đóng thầu: vào lúc 08 giờ 30, ngày 09 tháng 8 năm 2017.

    Thời gian mở thầu: vào lúc 09 giờ 00, ngày 09 tháng 8 năm 2017 tại Văn phòng Ban Quản lý Khu vực phát triển đô thị tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế: Lô I25-I26-I27 khu Đô thị mới Đông Nam Thủy An, phường Thủy Dương, thị xã Hương Thủy, tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế.

The Management Board of Urban Development Areas of Thua Thien Hue province (Procuring entity) is seleting suitable investor for  Extension of To Huu road connecting with Phu Bai airport e in the form of BT contract. The procuring entity announces the invitation for pre-qualification of investors to implement PPP projects with the following contents:

1. Name of procuring entity: Management Board of Urban Development Areas of Thua Thien Hue province.

2. Main content of the project:

- Project name: Extension of To Huu road connecting with Phu Bai airport e in the form of BT contract.

- Project group: Goup C □ Not group C □

- Planning place of project implementation: Hue city and Huong Thuy town, Thua Thien Hue province.

- Estimated implementation period: 03 years.

- Total investment funds/Total estimation: 753.450.000.000 VND

- Project objective:

+ Step by step completing the transportation network in the area, especially the road connecting Hue city and Phu Bai international airport in order to meet the demand of travel and transport of Hue City and Huong Thuy town, improving capacity of Phu Bai town's inner roads, reducing traffic for National Highway 1A.

+ Promoting socio-economic development in the area, ensuring national security and defense and gradually build and develop the Southern entrance area of Hue city, and at the same time contributing to developing Huong Thuy town into Type III municipality.
